Relația dintre axiome sociale, autonomia personală și comportamentul organizațional: conceptualizarea unui model teoretic

Rezumat

Deși implicarea în muncă, burnout-ul și starea de bine sunt studiate în context organizațional și există teorii ce menționează contextul social ca factor de influență, în dezvoltarea autonomiei personale (Ryan și Deci, 2001) există puține cercetări cu privire la impactul contextului social în dezvoltarea autonomiei personale și a influenței acesteia în comportamentul organizațional. Propunem un model teoretic ce are ca scop să investigheze rolul mediator al axiomelor sociale asupra relației dintre autonomie personală și comportament organizațional. În acest model, vom folosi axiomele sociale pentru a defini contextul social, teoria autodeterminării, stima de sine și locul de control în organizație pentru a operaționaliza autonomia personală și implicarea în muncă, burnout și starea de bine subiectivă pentru a descrie comportamentul organizațional. Dacă modelul propus va fi validat, ne va permite să înțelegem mai bine influența contextului social asupra comportamentul organizațional și va oferi un cadru teoretic posibil de intervenție pentru îmbunătățirea implicării în muncă, a stării de bine și reducerea burnout-ului în organizații.
