Reviewing the predictors of dyadic satisfaction. The case of emotion recognition and emotion regulation

Articolul de față prezintă o analiză a predictorilor satisfacției diadice, punând accentul pe două procese emoționale: recunoașterea și reglarea emoțiilor. Începem printr-o scurtă prezentare a predictorilor și variabilelor asociate cu satisfacția diadică. Continuăm cu prezentarea unor clarificări conceptuale pentru cele două procese emoționale, ca mai departe să prezentăm studii recente ale legăturii dintre recunoașterea emoțiilor și satisfacția diadică și respectiv a relației dintre reglarea emoțiilor și satisfacția diadică. În următoarea secțiune, se aduc argumente pentru o posibilă relație între toate cele trei variable (recunoașterea emoțiilor, reglarea lor și satisfacția diadică a partenerilor). În final, sugerăm anumite implicații clinice ale recunoașterii și reglării emoționale pentru psihoterapia de cuplu și recomandăm aspecte teoretice și metodologice care pot fi studiate în viitor pentru a înțelege mai bine dinamica emoțională a relațiile romantice
