Proprietăți psihometrice ale versiunii în limba română pentru School Attitude Assessment Survey-Revised

Evaluarea atitudinii față de domeniul activității școlare în rândul adolescenților a devenit un sector important al cercetării în psihologia educației. Unul dintre instrumentele disponibile este School Attitude Assessment-Survey-Revised (SAAS-R; McCoach și Siegle, 2003). Acest instrument a fost conceput pentru a măsura diferențele dintre elevii de gimnaziu/liceu subrealizați din punct de vedere școlar și cei care au succes în ceea ce privește următorii factori: percepția despre sine în domeniul școlar, atitudinea generală față de școală, atitudinea față de profesori și ore, valorizarea scopurilor specifice activității școlare, respectiv motivarea și autoreglarea. Obiectivul prezentului studiu este de a testa validitatea și consistența internă ale versiunii în limba română pentru SAAS-R. Datele au fost colectate dintr-un eșantion de 823 adolescenți români care frecventau diferite licee teoretice și vocaționale/tehnice. Rezultatele școlare globale au fost obținute din cataloage (N = 121). Au fost testate trei modele metrice utilizându-se analiza factorială confirmatorie cu aplicația AMOS 20.00. De asemenea, au fost examinate valorile coeficientului α al lui Cronbach în vederea estimării consistenței interne. Modelul metric ipotetic cu cinci factori de ordinul I intercorelați și șase perechi de erori corelate între ele a prezentat cea mai satisfăcătoare adecvare statistică în raport cu datele de start. Scorurile pe care le-am obținut în studiul nostru au evidențiat valori ale coeficientului pentru consistența internă egale cu cel puțin 0.81 pentru fiecare dintre cei cinci factori. Validitatea concurentă este susținută prin corelațiile în direcțiile așteptate dintre factorii măsurați cu SAAS-R, respectiv angajamentul în activitățile școlare și satisfacția față de domeniul școlar în rândul elevilor. Validitatea de criteriu (predictivă) este probată de corelațiile semnificative dintre scorurile pentru valorizarea scopurilor specifice activității școlare, respectiv motivare și autoreglare, pe de o parte și, pe de alta, media generală pe care adolescenții au obținut-o la sfârșitul anului școlar 2018–2019. Comparativ cu băieții, fetele au obținut scoruri semnificativ mai ridicate pentru valorizarea scopurilor specifice activității școlare, respectiv motivare și autoreglare. Rezultatele confirmă că versiunea în limba română pentru SAAS-R este un instrument util pentru explorarea dimensiunilor atitudinii față de domeniul activității școlare în rândul adolescenților.
