Abstract

Organizations are much more interested in increasing the performance of leaders and key people – the context of the pandemic has exposed and exacerbated old problems, with a negative impact on organizational culture and expected results.Many resources have appeared in the last ten years that organizations have appealed to for leadership and organizational culture improvement, but the results failed to show up or could not be measured - it seems that the focus is on false horizons.This research paper argues why other types of interventions and programs are needed to increase performance, presents the conscious and unconscious psychic mechanisms involved in leadership, explains the strategic tools and their usefulness in an organizational context and presents a working methodology. Its effectiveness is to be demonstrated in a future paper.
